With the type of processed onion product as the main product with the advantage of being a substitute for the process of using shallots for cooking spices. There are also advantages of this shallot paste, including the onion taste that is not lost due to the production process and the product's durability which can be stored for 1 year at the appropriate temperature.

Dengan tipe produk olahan bawang sebagai produk utama dengan keunggulan yaitu sebagai pengganti proses penggunaan bawang merah untuk bumbu masak. Ada juga kelebihan dari pasta bawang merah ini diantaranya adalah rasa bawang yang tidak hilang karena proses produksi dan ketahanan produk yang dapat disimpan selama 1 tahun dalam suhu yang sesuai.
